Delivery Information

All orders must be processed before they are shipped. The total time to receive your order is split into two parts:

Processing Time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse.

For those customized item(s), 15 to 20 extra working days will be demanded.

Shipping Time: The time your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

1. Standard Delivery:  Processing time + 10-25 working days shipping time.  

2. Express Delivery:  Processing time + 5-8 working days shipping time. 

So, the total time for you to receive orders is processing time plus shipping time. Please contact our service people for the exact time line.

Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.
